proper maintenance, we recommend: |
Surface
Patching/Remove & Replace should
be done annually to keep potholes and alligatored areas to a
minimum. Surface patching, Seamless Infrared, and remove
and replace available.

Crack
Sealing should also be done annually
to keep
the pavement sealed and prevent it from sub-grade
damage and alligatoring. We use 3405 Sealmaster
Hot Rubber Sealant. |
Seal
Coating is the protective coat
that helps extend
pavement life by providing a hard barrier between the
pavement and the elements that work to damage it.
It is recommended every 2 to 3 years depending on
the weight of traffic. Sealer contains Latex additives and
silica sand for durability. |

Striping
services include a new layout,
custom striping, restripe and
professional stenceling. We use only DOT approved
latex oil base paint.

Snow
Removal for commercial properties
only. Services include Plowing, Ice Slicing, Sanding, Snowblower,
Shoveling. On time and completed by 7:30am.
